Boutique 5 Hotel & Spa-Hotel is an adult only luxury hotel. The unique architecture has references from the castle of the knights in Rhodes medieval town. To complete the local inspiration only Mediterranean plants have been used for the landscape.

A new spacious entrance of the Hotel was designed. The design with curves gives a feeling of flow and is easy for the guests to access the front and the back entrance as well as creating privacy to the rooms on the ground flour.

Strictly Mediterranean plantation was chosen for these traditional villas on the South of Rhodes island.

The hotel, cocooned in the beauty of its attractive lush gardens with the blue expanse of the pristine waters in front of its private beach, is ideally situated in a key spot in Ixia. The proposal for the landscape considers the renovation of the roof gardens. 

The hotel is situated along the Ixia beach 50m from the sea. The open space was limited so every little corner was transformed to a space with a use for the guests.

An open space events area and cocktail bar was designed next to the famous Paradiso Beach club. The space will serve events such as conference dinners and weddings.
