At this Modern Classic House the challenge was at the back yard with the side yard have 3,5m difference and the back yard with the parking area 1,5m difference. The high differences were solved with minimum retaining walls and design tricks and slopes.
The materials at the parking area were carefully chosen for the pavement, the pergola and the steps leading to the front door. Cement, wood and marble was the chosen combination.
